Username: Kyroh How long have you played on this server?: I've been actively playing on the server for 8 months or so, and planning to stay that way. How active are you?: (I'm being honest) Unfortunately I'm not as active as I used to be due to the new semester, however, I'm mostly always on during the weekend(a bit too much quite frankly) but I am on for the better part of the weekend and I would be able to actively moderate the chat whenever I'm on. Also, in the last couple of weeks I've been making use of the app "Minechat" to communicate with the players, that is whenever I'm on campus or if I've free time. Whenever I am on Minechat I would be able to effectively view chat and have access to it anywhere. Why should you become a staff member?: I've been very dedicated to this server from the moment I noticed the quality of the maps, and how unique some features are. Especially how well the rankup courses were done and how they turned out. I, being an active member of the JC community, would love to help lighten the load of the current Staff, especially Sarina, and making it easier for them. I'd be able to moderate chat whenever I'm on, and be more than happy to help players regardless of rank as I'm always willing to help anyone. I'd also like to say that I do well responding to players, whenever I'm here that is(Yes I know players say my name in chat and I don't respond, sometimes I'm not here or I simply didn't see it). If a player messages me, I always do my best to respond as fast as I can, and to have content that will appease them. I'd also like to note that I've been active for quite some time and I've plentiful experience regarding handling players, the "in and outs" of the server(things such as what to do with coins, how do I go to creative/rankup, or how to submit a map(and other things), the commands of the server, and using this information I'd like to believe I could effectively answer almost every question asked, or any feasible request that I'm capable of. Furthermore, I've been a staff member of many servers so I've additional experience regarding that. Now what I'd do with the perms given if I were to be accepted: Muting Capabilities: I would not mute right away, I would give warnings beforehand to give them a chance to redeem themselves and right their wrong. If they do not atone for what they have done, the appropriate consequences will be given. I have experience handling and understanding the longevity and severity of certain infringements and I will act accordingly for each offense. Banning Capabilities: This would be much more rare in comparison to muting. If I were to ever use this, it would almost exclusively be for hackers. If a hacker were to be banned by my hand, I'd be more than happy to submit an informal report regarding the players ban and giving the reason why, such as the hacks used in the offense. (I'm not too sure on the other perms given so I'll keep this as is). Finishing notes: All in all I'd say my goal, if I were to be accepted, would be to help the community in a positive, enriching way to enhance every players experience and by doing so limiting the amount of negative content found on the server.
