This song is about Kkomi, his first puppy, who sadly passed away soon after he got it years ago because the puppy was sick. They (Hyunjin's family) didn't know he was sick when they got him and it was too late to save the poor puppy. Hyunjin's current dog, Kkami, has that name because Hyunjin wanted them (Kkomi and Kkami) to become siblings even though they couldn't meet each other. Hyunjin also talked about how young he was and how incredibly sad he was when the puppy passed away (he said this in a live and this song is about this puppy). So, he wrote this song because he was looking at Kkami's photos and realized that he didn't have many Kkomi photos and felt sorry for not being able to save him. The little star he talks about is Kkomi. He wishes that the words he wrote in this song reach him in heaven.
