YOU SAID:
this is one of the dirtiest beaches in 00:02 the entire world and we're gonna pick up 00:04 every single piece of trash on this 00:06 beach starting with this water bottle 00:08 one out of millions of pieces of trash 00:10 we did it this will take forever 00:14 bottle me up baby i'm hungry for your 00:17 plastic as you can see this is taking 00:19 forever oscar come on in this is oscar 00:22 professional beach cleaner is this 00:23 basically how you guys clean beaches 00:25 mainly the big stuff first and then we 00:27 bring a lot of people with sips as well 00:28 for the small stuff you scoop it into 00:30 this thing and then shake out the sand 00:32 and you got a bunch of trash this right 00:34 here is the first bag of trash hundreds 00:36 more to go how do we do this quicker we 00:38 just need more people that seems simple 00:40 can you clap for me 00:42 there you go on the bones here 00:45 okay guys we're gonna clean this up 00:46 using the bags we're gonna clean this up 00:48 groups of four groups of poor in this 00:50 area part of me wanted to see if me and 00:52 the boys could clean up this beach by 00:53 ourselves and the other part of me 00:54 realizes that would have taken a year i 00:56 could have told you that jimmy yeah the 00:59 ocean's putting more trash on the beach 01:02 there's so much underwear in the ocean 01:04 i'm enacting a new law thou shalt not 01:06 throw your underwear in the ocean wait 01:07 did you guys already fill up a bag yeah 01:09 you guys are better than us they are 01:11 professionals to be fair 01:12 [Music] 01:18 after 12 hours of cleanup this is what 01:20 we managed to achieve which isn't enough 01:22 boys bring it in 01:24 tomorrow i'm going to bring in 10 times 01:25 the volunteers tomorrow 01:28 tomorrow it's now the next day 01:30 [Applause] 01:34 [Music] 01:35 i'm helping yeah 01:40 more blano mark rover or mr b 01:44 make sure you watch until the end of the 01:46 video to find out how we're gonna pick 01:47 up 30 million pounds of trash thank you 01:49 for coming to our country and help us 01:51 with this initiative that is really 01:54 awesome 01:57 right here right there 01:59 stop 02:00 it's not stopping i'm gonna move and 02:01 this bad boy is 6 000 pounds of trash 02:04 [Music] 02:05 and now we have 36 000 pounds of trash 02:08 which weighs the same as 3 000 cats or 02:10 three t-rexes whichever you prefer while 02:13 i was talking with some of the locals 02:14 they mentioned that there's a beach down 02:16 the street that was also very dirty so i 02:18 said nolan with a bunch of volunteers to 02:20 go clean that beach as well there's a 02:22 whole car bump there's a car bumper here 02:24 did this come out of the ocean people 02:25 litter weird things what type of trash 02:27 have you seen along the beach most 02:29 importantly most commonly is plastics 02:30 and we see that in every form on the 02:32 beach here they ended up removing 12 000 02:34 pounds of trash which brought us up to a 02:36 total of 50 000 pounds of trash from 02:38 just two beaches check out this power 02:40 move watch this look at that is that how 02:43 you want us to dump it yeah dude i'm 02:44 taking over the team i'm the team player 02:46 oh yeah i don't even have to look there 02:49 you go it actually kind of worked yeah 02:51 and if you guys look over there we're 02:52 actually getting close to the end of the 02:54 beach this is what the beach looked like 02:56 at the start of the video and this is 02:57 what it looks like with like 20 left 02:59 we're getting there we're doing it 03:01 unfortunately between the ocean washing 03:03 up trash to the beach and rivers 03:04 bringing in new trash from the mainland 03:06 obviously this beach is gonna get dirty 03:08 again but with your guys's help we can 03:10 stop a much bigger issue we're almost 03:12 done jimmy i know four straight days of 03:14 picking up trash and just like that we 03:17 removed over 60 000 pounds of trash from 03:19 the world's dirtiest beach and even 03:21 though this 60 000 pounds of trash we 03:23 picked up might seem impressive there is 03:25 sadly way too much trash still in the 03:27 ocean two years ago we crushed our goals 03:29 with team trees and planted 20 million 03:31 trees and now it's time to do it again 03:34 which is why we along with hundreds of 03:36 other creators are launching team seas 03:38 and for every one dollar you guys stone 03:40 it like this one last pound of trash 03:42 will be in the ocean but what if i 03:44 wanted to donate 10 jimmy i conveniently 03:46 have 10 pounds of trash right here that 03:49 is now out of the ocean boom gone you 03:51 get the point one dollar donated is one 03:53 less pound of trash in the ocean and i'd 03:55 like to personally thank youtube 03:56 originals for supporting team season 03:58 helping us fund it they're gonna be 03:59 matching the first four hundred thousand 04:01 dollars worth of donations dollar for 04:03 dollar and we want to remove 30 million 04:05 pounds of trash from the ocean which is 04:07 just so freaking audacious this only 04:09 happens if we all work together half the 04:12 money we raise is going towards funding 04:14 volunteer beach cleanups like we did 04:16 here today all across the world as well 04:18 as literally fishing trash out of the 04:20 ocean and the other half will be used 04:22 for these trash eating robots that pick 04:24 up trash 24 hours a day 365 days a year 04:28 from rivers that flow to the ocean go to 04:30 teensies.org or click the donate button 04:32 below this video right now one dollar 04:34 equals one less pound of trash in the 04:36 ocean making real change like this isn't 04:38 gonna be easy go donate right now and 04:40 help us remove 30 million pounds of 04:42 trash from the ocean before the end of 04:43 the year let's show the world that we 04:45 want a clean ocean 04:49 [Music] 04:52 what are you doing get out of here go 04:53 donate
