The worst phone I've ever owned. I don't buy brand new phones, and I wasn't expecting a lot from this phone. It is terrible. I wish I had a choice (my old phone completely died all the sudden, and this is the best phone metroPCS had available at the store). The lag is ridiculous. I can't run more than one app at a time without it crashing. My podcast app crashes at least three times per episode without anything else running. I can't even count on the timer to run by itself without crashing half the time a year after getting the phone. It has 2GB ram and the system uses at least 1.2GB by itself. Why would they even make a phone with so little RAM? How much more expensive could it have been to at least put 4GB in it? The internal storage is awful and it is near impossible to move apps to the SD card. The stylus fell out immediately and got lost. Now it thinks I have the stylus out to draw every time I unlock the phone, and I can't get the phone to disable the drawing app. I really think this phone only exists to get you to spend a little more on a better LG phone. There are other cheap phones out there for the same price or cheaper that are way better. Run far away from this phone.
