Density was calculated using the formula D=mv. Density is how compact something is. In the normal Oreo, the density of the cream is .70 g/cm3. The density of the cream in the double stuf Oreo was 1.30 g/cm3. The density might not be exactly double because of human error or something wrong with the 2 factors. The density depends on the mass and the volume; if either is wrong, the density is also wrong. The ratio is 1.85:1 which is only .15 off, which could easily be caused by human error in measuring the mass or the volume. The thickness of the cream is doubled in the double stuf Oreo.
