Random Person who I don't know scrolling through the comments: I need your advice! Okay, I going to tell you the story. So there is this family that lives next to me. From about age 4 to 2nd grade, we would hang out all the time. There was one boy a year older than me, one boy a year younger than me, and one girl 2 years younger than me. I'm just going to make up a name for the boy a year older me. Hmmm...how about Mark. (That is not his actual name.) We were really close bla bla bla, until 2nd grade. I said mean stuff because I was jealous of his shiny red bike. (I was seven, okay.Don't judge.) So it ruined our friendship and to this day, for years, he still has not talked to me. Because of something I did when I was seven! Anyway. I never apologized because I had forgotten what I had done. By the time I realized it, I had already begun to fear talking to him. He was really cute, I got really nervous near him so I developed a fear of talking to him. Finally, just last year, I sent him a letter apologizing. My best friend had a crush on him at the time. My friend had asked him about it, and his answer was "yeah, i forgave her i guess. not in person though." Recently, I realized I think I like him. Like, like like him. My best friend just told me she's over him a week ago, but I think she might still like him. I think he still dislikes me, and he will go out of his way to avoid me. Help! There is no way i will be able to go up and talk to him.I'll never be able to do it. I want us to be friends, cause he's really funny and sweet. What do I do? If he talked to me first I would be fine, but It won't work the other way around. Advice please!
