YOU SAID:
Q1: Why do you think you’re ready to become an Officer? A: I feel I am ready to become an officer in FEAR. I have plenty of experience in many other groups, such as TRA, UCR, USSF, and RUSF. I feel that all these experiences strengthened my experiences. I am very excited about becoming an officer in FEAR. I want to host trainings to help FEAR skills being par on with other clans in the clan world. Q2: Explain the importance of different areas around the Alianor II map and create a scenario (with number of raiders and number of defenders) of a defense and list how many people you’d put at each position that you discussed. A: I’m going to separate the areas, and their importance, going to list them so. Gate: Gate are not to be opened at all time when you are defending. If it is opened, close the gate. Cave: Cave is the most important part of Alianor II. Keep at least 3-4 FEAR at the cave when defending. Make sure that no raiders are to cross the cave. Terminal: Terminal is vital in defending. If the terminal is lost, you can retake the terminal after killing all raiders in the base. In case of the raid timer being 0, and the terminal timer is still going, overtime occurs. If FEAR retake the terminal during overtime, and fully captured it, they win. Scenario: Number of FEAR: 15, which include me. Number of Raiders: 15 First of all, I would order 7 FEAR head to the cave, and set up positions, then I would send 8 FEAR to defend the gates, just in case if the raiders break the cave defense. Should the raiders overtake the gate, I would get my men to fall back, and defend the terminal, about 8 FEAR going to term, while 7 FEAR would try to retake the gate, and shut the gate if it’s opened already. If the raiders take the terminal, I would send 6 FEAR to Cave to prevent reinforcement from building up, while the rest of FEAR focus on the terminal, and recaps the term without trouble. Q3: You are hosting a training and a cadet begins to talk about how much they hate a certain high rank. What do you do? A: Basically, I would report them to the high commands. They will be punished for flaming. They would be kicked, if they still badmouth that certain high rank, they would be banned, and possibly exiled/demoted. Q4: What does the zero tolerance means when it comes to discipline and abuse of administrative powers. A: Zero Tolerance means being 100% mature, and abuse of admins are strictly enforced with severe punishment Q5: You’re about to shout a training, what would you type to shout your training? A: I would use the shout tag [TRAIN] with the link to the training place. Q6: How much time are you able to dedicate to F.E.A.R.? Be honest. A: I can dedicate my time for TRA, and FEAR together. I would love to strengthen our alliance. Q7: Summarize the most important things you learned in FMA. A: The most important thing that I learned in FMA was how to host a training properly. Knowing admin commands of the place was a plus. Q8: Is there anything we neglected to teach you when you went through the F.E.A.R. Military Academy? List anything we can do to improve for future Cadets. A: I doubt you neglected anything in teaching me. I don’t have anything on my mind on improving FMA for future cadets.

That didn't even make that much sense in English.
