Not that it mattered anyway, but it was still good. “Yet again, take this knowledge with *responsibility*, and do not use it against me.” *Just to make sure.* ...As for Fayvel’s thoughts about Rook - having revealed that that was his definite moniker to this stranger, and a part of him instantly regretting that choice - he couldn’t tell one bit what exactly they were supposed to be. Even after having seen quite a bit of the biodiversity this ‘eternal’ kingdom had to offer, they were *much too concealed* for him to pick up anything that narrowed it down. This never usually chilled him, but the *way* he was threatened for his life by them, simply as he was ‘infected’! Quite an ironic thought, come to think of it, but he decided to not remove his hat after nearly doing so just then to reduce the ‘fear of the unknown’, as Rook appeared to feel the same way. It was actually in concern of that being seen as some sort of ‘attack stance’. “There you are, Rook.” (He’d quite like to strike, actually, in the deepest depths of his instinct.)
