my college roommate doesn't seem to like me. i switched dorm rooms during fall semester because of issues with my last roommate. she told me when i met her that she doesn't talk much and she has to get to know a person but she just seems so cold for some reason. she didn't have a roommate before i came. i see her all the time with her friends and she seems so different.she seems talkative and social. our suite mates next door are really nice and they told me that she was the same with them before i came and still is. so do you think she is just not very social with me because i moved in on her space, she just doesn't like me, or just doesn't talk to people she doesn't really know? i mean we have been roommates for months now. i barely see her during the week anyways. maybe like 3 hours out of the week or less. plus she doesn't even sleep here. i guess she stays at her friends rooms or boyfriend. i've only seen her sleep in this room maybe 4 times. and she only really stays in here on the weekends when i go home, i know because i walk in and see her sometimes when i have to come back to pick up a book i forgot or something. i'm not out to get her attention or even make her like me. i just wanna know why she kinda ignores me whenever i try to talk to her. everytime she walks in i try to strike up a conversation but she like barely answers or just doesn't at all like i annoy her. so what do you think is her problem? or am i just being way too sensitive?
