keep waking up at night from my sleep seeing things?!?!? sometimes it happens several times a nite or every couple of nights! i just wake up out of no where and i will see hudge spiders hanging down over my daughters bed and it wakes her also, or they are over myself or on the walls or sometimes i see flies and also colorful floating things kind of like an orb i guess you could say. i am always wide awake when i see them and my eyes are open. i will go the grab it or smash the spider on the wall and it just fades away or disappeares. i have noticed that this started happening to me a couple months after i started using tarot cards and trying to enhance my intuition and when i started getting interested in the metaphysical! im just wondering if this is normal? or what i can do so that i no longer see bugs that scare me. and most of all i am just really looking for an explanation. thank you!
