it is the way the owner treats and trains the dog, if the owner is just plain mean to the dog, the dog will think that it is normal for all humans to be like that therefore, being agressive. and its also the same way around, if a pitbull misbehaves, soicety thinks that is normal for that breed, but its not. i have met some amazing, friendly, angelic and beautifully behaved pitbulls in my life and they are amazing dogs. I own a Rottweiler, i trained him correctly and he is a big baby, a gentle giant. a softie. so just keep in mind, any dog can act up, even smaller dogs can be agressive, but its not the dog, more importantly, not the personality of the breed. it is in fact the training and the way the dog has been treated. thank you.
