I'd say for the official stuff and follow ups, post as they air in Canada, then make a collection post for when they air in the US with the discussion posts, follow ups and what not. As for the fan works, I suggest leaving those spoiler free except for a mega post or two on Friday that gathers all the spoiler work, also linked in the collection post. That way the spoiler stuff won't be intermixed but will still be out while relevant without flooding the site and the people who wait will still be able to see all the content in an easy to access place. It's the best I can think of at the moment and should make everyone happy without too much extra work.
