I'm 16, School starts again at September 5th, I want to enjoy the summer and I still have 2 weeks left until school starts. My mom expects me to sleep at around 10-11p.m and wake up early DURING SUMMER. Yesterday, she called me a "dumba*s" for being awake at 1:00a.m and last week, I literally slept at 4:30 a.m and woke up at 6:40 a.m to take out the garbage (because the garbage truck comes at 7) and she wouldn't let me go back to sleep. I never thought that I had to be forced to wake up during summer. I've tried to convince her that theres more than 2 weeks left of summer but she says I need to get ready now. Is this my fault? or is my mom being a a bit stupid about this?
