I have been testing various different methods of deploying the latest Win 10 1903 via SCCM. I have found the best method to do this is loading the proper ISO into SCCM and setting up a task sequence. Details on how it is setup here https://www.prajwaldesai.com/windows-10-1903-upgrade-using-sccm/ I have run the process on a few test VMs multiple times and on production IS laptops (myself, Jim and Larry) with 100% success. I would feel comfortable with expanding my test group to more IS PCs if you are ok with it. Process is as follows: User must be placed in a particular SCCM group (right now just a testing group not linked to active directory) Update will appear in the operating system section of Software Center. Will show x86 or x64 depending on OS.
