Gaugath Dayclimber Ovethigano was born in the mountains with his tribe, and from birth had an affinity with nature and his entire right arm was covered in spiky stone from hand to shoulder. As he grew older he grew wiser and learned the best places to collect food and hunt and set up camp for a time, this led him to be the tribe's shaman (druid). One day when he had decided to go foraging himself he heard a loud commotion and signs of battle, but when he arrived back at camp his entire tribe was dead killed by orcs, all but one a male baby who he swaddled up in the remains of a tent and carried down the mountain for day and night and day and night without rest until he found a village. He watched the village for a time before deciding it would be as good a place as any to leave the baby, so one night when almost everyone had headed home he snuck in and left the baby at a door and knocked then ran away. He watched from the shadows the husband opened the door and then (steppeasd on the baby killing it instantly) saw the baby at the doorstep and called his wife to the door, they stood there for a while talking about what to do with the baby before deciding to bring it in and nurture it and raise it as their own. The druid watched the goliath grow up and be loved by the community and saw as the goliath's “parents” gave birth to a son and the goliath loving the baby and teaching it. The goliath also loves to chop wood and is very good with an axe. Now the druid wanders the lands taking a few small jobs here and there helping people and creatures and thinking about what could have been different had he been with the tribe when the orcs attacked.
