Dear Gentlemen, It is hard to believe that summer is almost here. We have been very blessed to have your group in our beach house this past school year. We are excited to return to Santa Cruz this summer. I wanted to let you know we are starting the process of finding tenants for the next school year. Students and faculty members look in April and May to secure a place for the September school year. I will be posting our beach house on Craigslist and at UCSC and will need to show it to prospective tenants. As part of this process, I will need to show the house to prospective tenants but want to try to minimize the impact on you and your group. I will come down to Santa Cruz for the open houses that are by appointment only. The open houses will run until we have a signed lease. If no one schedules an appointment during the scheduled time, we will not need access. Here are the tentative open house dates: Saturday, April 28 from 3:30 pm - 5 pm Sunday. May 6 from 3:30 pm - 5 pm Saturday, May 20 from 3:30 pm - 5 pm The groups are pre-screened before being invited to an open house at a designated time. The open house appointments start at 3:30 pm and run in succession at 10 minutes each. Each group will sign-in and meet me by the locked front door. I will take the designated group through the house as a group and they will be with me the whole time. Your all are welcome to be present and cleaning is not necessary. As a precaution though I would suggest securing all valuables. Please let me know if you want to schedule a quick phone conversation.
