YOU SAID:

And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a confirming Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good tidings to the doers of good.

しかしこの（クルアーン）以前にも導きがあり，慈悲であるムーサーの啓典（律法）があった。それにこれは，アラビア語でそれを確証する啓典で，悪業をなす者への警告であり，また善行に勤しむ者ヘの吉報である。

And before it the Book of Musa was a guide and a mercy: and this is a Book verifying (it) in the Arabic language that it may warn those who are unjust and as good news for the doers of good.
